LEMON POPPY BREAD

This is the easiest Lemon Poppy Bread recipe you'll ever find... and it is DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup poppy seeds

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except poppy seeds) and beat for 4 minutes. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
